Digital Infrastructure

Digital Infrastructure Development in Texas

Power-ready land, private-grid AI energy campuses, and data center site development — built on W Land's Texas land development platform.

What we do

Land, energy, and data center site development

We combine large-acreage Texas land with private-grid power and civil execution to deliver power-ready campuses for AI and digital infrastructure.

Land

Large-acreage, power-ready land acquisition and control across Texas.

Energy

Private-grid, gas-backed power with BESS/UPS and solar attributes.

Data center site development

Masterplanning, civil execution, and power-ready site readiness.

Capabilities

What we develop

Land, power, and critical infrastructure across the digital-infrastructure vertical.

Land acquisition

Large-acreage, power-ready site sourcing across high-growth Texas markets.

Masterplanning

Data halls, generator islands, BESS yards, substations, cooling and solar land.

Civil development

Roads, grading, drainage, pads, detention, and fencing.

Gas-backed power

Permian-adjacent fuel strategy for private-grid generation.

BESS / UPS

Ride-through, power quality, and black-start support infrastructure.

Solar attributes

Solar-ready land as a supplemental fuel-offset and sustainability attribute.

Substations & corridors

Switchyard, power corridors, and grid-ready interconnect planning.

Fiber & powered shell

Fiber corridor planning and AI-ready powered-shell development.

Key questions

Straight answers

What does W Land provide for AI data center campuses?

W Land provides land acquisition, masterplanning, civil site development, power-ready pads, gas and power-corridor planning, BESS and substation land planning, entitlement coordination, and phased development execution for AI data center campuses in Texas. All plans are preliminary and subject to engineering, permitting, and financing.

Why is private-grid power faster than waiting for the public grid?

A private, gas-backed grid can target energization in roughly 18–24 months, whereas public-grid interconnection in ERCOT can take multiple years. Timelines are targeted and subject to permits, gas supply, equipment availability, and final engineering.
