W Land Development is expanding its Texas land development platform into digital infrastructure, including private-grid AI energy campuses, data center site development, gas-backed power campuses, BESS/UPS yards, solar-ready land, substations, and large-acreage industrial masterplanning. As AI's constraint shifts from chips to power, we pair developable, entitled Texas land with a private, gas-backed power path — helping hyperscalers, GPU operators, and infrastructure investors reach power-ready sites without waiting years in the public-grid interconnection queue. From land control through civil execution, W Land delivers the two slowest pieces of AI infrastructure — land and power — as one coordinated development.
